My work is colourful, decorative illustration, working in mixed water based mediums, focusing on themes of nature, literature and the exploration of emotions through visual art. I love to exaggerate colours and stray from a subjects natural pallet by introducing more vivid, vibrant colours and layering them to add tone and depth. I love drawing new animals, or exploring new emotions or subjects in my sketchbook where I allow myself to play with more messy and expressive mediums that are often found in my more finished portfolio pieces. I have a passion for creating stationary and paper products and love making custom gifts and cards for people.
